Elise Winter started this company with the hope of giving back. Besides sponsoring a few children through organizations like World Vision and Compassion International, she didn’t feel she had much to offer to those with less than enough. She has been lucky to have more than enough and wanted a way to use her resources for the greater good.
In April of 2015, while searching for a well-designed and comfortable running visor for triathlon, the thought came to her – Why not design my own? Sell them to others looking for the same, and 100% of the proceeds will go to a charity. It was her way to give back! The Mother Teresa quote came to her right away, she came up with the name of Small Things design, and the rest is history!
